1、 招聘职位名称：有机合成研发人员
职位要求：
1) 有机合成化学或药物化学专业，本科以上学历，有相关工作经验者优先；
2) 能够独立操作和处理各种有机合成反应。
3) 熟悉HPLC，GC，NMR，MS等分析实验结果的解析；
4) 能够熟练地检索、运用各类中、英文化学文献；
5) 具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力；
6) 英语四级或以上，能够熟练地使用英语进行阅读、写作与表达。
2、招聘职位名称：有机合成研发组长Group Leader
Requirements:
1) MS in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry with at least 3 years of working experiences in organic synthesis, or Ph.D. with at least 1 year of working experiences;
2) Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English;
3) Project management experiences and overseas working experiences preferred;
Responsibilities:
1) Report to Department Director and supervise 5 group members while still working in the lab.
3、招聘职位名称：有机合成研发部主任Director of Synthesis Department
Requirements:
1) Ph.D. in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry with at least 5 years of working experiences in organic synthesis;
2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English;
3) Project management experiences and overseas working experiences highly desirable;
4) Supervising experiences highly desirable.
4、招聘职位名称：分析化学研究组长Analytical Group Leader
Requirements:
1) MS in analytical chemistry, Ph.D. preferred;
2) Three years of related working experiences; Familiar with Bruker NMR, Agilent HPLC, LCMS, etc;
3) Management experiences highly desirable;
4) Proficient in English by reading, writing as well as speaking and listening.
